The Future

The School is undertaking a programme of major building and refurbishment. In 2002 the refurbishment of a number of laboratories in the School's Robert Hooke Science Centre was completed. However, the most notable project has been the acquisition and redevelopment of the Drama Theatre at Millicent Fawcett between Marsham and Tufton Street.

After construction was completed, the theatre opened in September 2001 for it’s inaugural performance of Britten’s Curlew River and Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas.

In addition, the Manoukian building a new music and teaching block has recently been opened, along with the Weston building on Dean's Yard.
