Westminster School is a busy and vibrant place to work. There is a real sense of community here as, being a boarding school, many members of staff and pupils live on site and the School’s premises are very much treated as a home away from home. Support staff as much as teaching staff are encouraged to embrace the School’s day-to-day activities, whether that be attending an evening concert or a morning service in the Abbey.
The People Department is based at Westminster School’s main campus in Little Dean’s Yard and is responsible for recruiting staff for Westminster School and its linked Prep School, Westminster Under School. This is a particularly exciting and significant time to be joining Westminster, as the School moves to become fully co-educational. Girls will join the Under School for the first time in 2026 at the 7+ and 11+ entry points, and a brand-new pre-prep will open for boys and girls at the 4+ entry point. In 2028, girls will join Westminster School at 13+.
