Basketball for Upper School (Years 12 and 13) pupils takes place at a state-of-the-art indoor court at nearby Vauxhall. Approximately 15 pupils participate on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons during the Election Term (Summer), and they are instructed and supervised by enthusiastic members of teaching staff. Basketball for Lower School (Years 9 to 11) pupils is available as an after-school club in the Sports Centre.
In recent years, Westminster have participated in U18 fixtures against the likes of Tonbridge School, Dulwich College, and Harris Westminster.
