Pilates

Pilates takes place in the movement studio on the second floor of the Sports Centre under the guidance of a qualified instructor. Mat Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that improves flexibility and balance, strengthens postural muscles and prevents injury. Pilates is a great way to improve endurance in other sports but also increase body awareness by relieving stress and tension.
