Pilates

Every Thursday, 20 or more Upper School (Years 12 and 13) pupils attend a Pilates class, in the School's movement studio on the second floor of the Sports Centre, under the guidance of a qualified instructor. Mat pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that improves flexibility and balance, strengthens postural muscles and prevents injury. Pilates is a great way to improve endurance in other sports but also increase body awareness by relieving stress and tension.
