Westminster open days are an opportunity for prospective parents and pupils to experience our Schools first-hand, to get a sense of our community, environment and identity. They are a chance for perspective parents and pupils to explore our central London locations, discover our academic and co-curricular facilities, meet pupils and staff members, and learn more about key aspects of school life, including the house systems and, more specifically, boarding at Westminster School for 13+ and 16+ applicants.
Across the different entry points, both Westminster Under School and Westminster School offer a variety of events, ranging from smaller group tours to larger open days. Westminster Under School
4+ Entry Open Afternoons
Parents who would like to get a sense of life at Westminster Under School can book on to an open afternoon the year before their child enters pre-prep. The School holds several of these events in June and September, offering the chance to take a tour of the site and gain a clearer understanding of the school environment.
Dates and booking information for our 4+ open afternoons are usually published in March each year.
7+ Entry Small-Group Tours
Parents who would like to get a sense of life at Westminster Under School can book a 7+ tour in the year before their child enters Year 3. These small-group tours offer the chance to explore our facilities and gain a clearer understanding of the school environment.
Tour dates are released two years before the intended year of entry. Dates and booking information for our 7+ tours are published here on a rolling basis.
11+ Entry Open Mornings
Parents and pupils who would like to get a sense of life at Westminster Under School can book on to an open morning the year before their child enters Year 7. The School holds two such events each year, in May and September, at which families have the opportunity to book a small-group tour that includes a visit to Westminster School.

13+ Entry Open Days and Tours
To get a sense of what being a pupil at Westminster School is like, parents are encouraged to bring their child to visit the School. For 13+ Entry, we offer a choice of attending either a 13+ tour or one of three 13+ open days in January, April and September, when boys and girls are in Year 5. The 13+ tours can be extended to include a visit or our sports facilities and boarding houses.

16+ Entry Open Days and Tours
The best way to learn about entry to Westminster School at 16+ is to join us for one of our open days, with introductory talks and tours of the School. Every year we hold two 16+ open days, in June and September, for those applying to enter the Sixth Form the following September.
Westminster School’s Sixth Form open days offer a chance to hear from the Head Master, take a tour of the site, see the wide variety of facilities, talk with subject specialists, and meet current pupils and ask questions about their experience of Westminster.
